The goal of the project is to get one million people to create a bone made out of any material, paper mache, metal, fabric, etc. This bone, submitted with $5 will represent one victim. The end product will be one million bones spread across the National Mall in Washington D.C. and $5 million dollars, which will be donated to organizations who work towards protecting and aiding victims of genocide.
This blog will be the meeting place for participants to collaborate on ideas, share information, and educate others on the genocide that currently goes on today.
Please email me your thoughts, ideas, and photos of your bones at Kiersten.Schonauer@gmail.com
Together we can stand up to the atrocities of genocide and be the voice for the victims who are not being heard.
